A heart so tender
A heart so dear
How could it get a into a bender
with all these thoughts to fear
It is confused,
Aching, praying for this to end
Why did the bomb fire fused
Go off with nothing to fend
off the pain
How can it feel so empty inside
With so much love to give
but no where to place it on either side
and so it lives
